The only bad thing about livimg on BOONE LAKE is thatthe TVA drains it every year for about 3 months, So to keep on top of my game i break out the skateboard and ride it until the lake rises back up and calls to me. it does get cold in JOHNSON CITY, TN. too but i try 2 sk8 everyday i can't wakeboard. recently i saw a sweet ledge and thought man that'd be great for a slider. i didn,t however take into consideration that i'm use to going 25 MPH and having water as a lubricant. so i hit the ledge and well you see the rest. but i was actually more upset that i ripped the back out of my MONSTER hoodie! WHOEVER COINED THE PHRASE "NO PAIN, NO GAIN" must not have had a really sick hoodie, ruined by a ledge.
